Problem:
The Launch X-prog3 PC adapter is not working at the moment. It was bound to a Windows PC, but the PC is damaged.
Change to another laptop, but it says the product has been registered.
Solution:
Each PC adapter is bound to 1 PC only.
If you change another Windows PC and PC adapter says product has been registered, need to provide S/N to your dealer to unbind device with original PC first.
Then activate PC adapter again.
