Here is the instruction on adding a spare smart key to a Nissan Ariya 2022 with Autel IM508/IM608 and Nissan 40 pin adapter to bypass pin code.
Locate BCM location. It is under the instrument on the passenger side.
Here is the tip to find BCM module.
Connect Nissan 40 pin gateway adapter with the module.
Connect IM608 device with adapter.
Go to Nissan->select model-> Remote Control learning->Add smart key
This function will delete all smart keys.
Turn on ignition switch.
Long press the push start button to turn off the ignition.
Turn on hazards light.
Put the transmissions to parking or neutral state (P/N). EVL is been unlocked.
Read 1st key ID. Place the 1st smart key on the ignition switch, put the key tag side on the switch, put other smart keys away from the switch.
Read 1st key ID successully.
Read 2nd key ID. Place the 2nd smart key on the ignition switch, put the key tag side on the switch, put other smart keys away from the switch.
Hit OK to continue.
Start to program key.
Place the 1st smart key on the ignition switch, put the key tag side on the switch, put other smart keys away from the switch.
Learn 1st key successfully.
Place the 2nd smart key on the ignition switch, put the key tag side on the switch, put other smart keys away from the switch.
Learn 2nd key successfully.
Test both keys.
