Question: What is the exact procedure for programming keys for Mercedes ML W163 with AAM module using FVDI tool or the SVCI?
Procedure:
1.Turn ignition on, open MB software.
2.Find an option that says DAS2b ( it will have a logo of the flip key with a panic )
3.When menu opens up select “select AAM or DAS option “
4.Click read data.
5. Once read you can either
5A. Save data and program key with Tango vvdi2 or any programmer that supports key by dump.
5b. You should be able to program transponder there in the menu however you’ll need an adapter that will read the chip.
This type of chip is PCF7935.
