The BMW/mini Cooper EWS3 module is damaged and you would like to read date off the prossesor chip and then if you save it in bin file you could write data on to replacement ews3 module.
Autel IM608, IM608 Pro with XP400 Pro have been confirmed to read and write EWS3 for replacement without issue. APB114 adapter in imkpa kit is required.

Select Programmer->Chip->Chip read & write->Immobilizer-> BMW-> EWS3 Kline 0D46J-R
Check wiring diagram
Connect EWS3 via AP114 adapter
Press Read
Read and save dump
Select EWS3 Kline 0D46J-W
Read instruction
Connect new EWS3 with apb114 adapter
Press Write
Select original EWS3 dump save in step 1
Write chip successfully
Done.
