Decode procedure:
1. Insert your Lishi tool into the lock correctly
Insert correctly, number 4 is springing.
2. Use the top lifter for position 1 and the back lifer for position 2 and 3
3. The first reading is in the unpicked state
With no tension on the tool, simply position the top lifter at position 1 and push the wafer to its stop position.
It will stop on a reading of 60 or 90. You will not get a 30 reading in the unpacked state.
Repeat this for positions 2 and 3 with the back lifter and write your readings on the table.
4. Pick your lock
Hold the lock in the open position and follow the same process whilst the lock is in the picked open position
In the picked position, you will only get reading of 30 or 60. You will not get a 90 reading at all.
5. Whilst the lock is in the picked open position, finish to write all left reading on the table.
Now you can cut key with Xhorse Condor or Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine.

Lishi decoder used: Lishi HU162(10)
- Lishi HU162T(10) 2 in 1 is designed for New Audi 2016 [10 Cut], for New BMW 2016 [10 CUT – 2 track internal (6 cuts) + side cut (4 cuts)]
- For VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda models 2015 onwards- Using proximity keys
1. Insert your Lishi tool into the lock correctly
Insert correctly, number 5 is springing.
2. Use the top lifter for positions 1 and 2 and the back lifer for positions 3 and 4
3. The first reading is in the unpicked state
With no tension on the tool, simply position the top lifter at position 1 and push the wafer to its stop position.
