Here’s the demo on adding a new CAS4 key using ACDP Mini via OBD in less than 3 minutes.
Requirement:
Yanhua ACDP mini host
BMW CAS Module 1 license
Original key and a new key
Procedure:
Connect ACDP programmer with vehicle via OBD socket
Run ACDP APP on mobile phone and make sure ACDP has connected
Select BMW->CAS1-4-> CAS4/CAS4+ ->OBD Mode
Select OBD mode IMMO/mileage ->Add key (automatic mode)
Identify vehicle information and confirm
Yanhua ACDP requires to pre-process ECU
Press Continue
Perform backup coding
Auto saved coding data.
Pre-process ECU in progress until finished
Put the working key close to the Start button antenna position
Check and confirm VIN & ISN code
Select a blank key position to add key
Put a new key close to the Start button
Learning key in process
Program new key success.
Yanhua Mini ACDP will auto saved new key data.
Test the new key.
Done.
