This is only a glorified fiat!, use tmpro2 module 6, or tango , or similar tool, sipp22 easy decode with lishi tool. but your mask set is different so not %100 sure. but on zed bull they are classified as same.(0L0Ly-1K79x).
You can read it with vvdi prog or orange5 in circuit. vvdi prog reads fine.
