How to Build 16 Pin OBD Plug for OBDSTAR X300 DP

Problem:

Hi, I needed help to build an adapter like this, is for OBDSATR X300 DP tablet. I needed someone to help me with the pinout.  I lost my 16-PIN OBD2 connector. while i’m waiting for the new one i can’t program keys.

Solution:

Numbers = OBDII
